What is CATCH?

CATCH is a group of charities working together to provide safe, specialist, and confidential support for people who have experienced hate in London.

We’re here to give expert and free support to people in London, aged 18 and over, who have experienced hate that targets their race, religion, disability, or LGBT+ identity.

All of the organisations in CATCH are run by and for the communities we work with, and we are completely independent from the police.

How we can support you

If you have been a victim of hate because of your identity, you can contact CATCH for free advice and practical support.

If you need advice, or just want to get something off your chest, you can talk to us. We can:

  • provide a safe space to talk
  • explore the options available to you
  • advise on your rights and how to use them
  • support you to report to the police if you choose
  • give guidance on applying for financial compensation for victims of crime
  • provide practical advice to make you feel safe
  • help you access other support and services you need, such as counselling or housing

How to get support

Please fill out a referral form on the CATCH website, and a member of our team will be in touch within a few working days.
