What happens when I call?
You’ll hear a recorded menu, with some options for you to choose from to ensure you get through to the right team.
One of our trained teams will answer the phone and ask you a series of questions to understand the type of support you need and if there is any risk to your safety.
They’ll offer immediate help and assistance and will advise you on how they can may refer you to a caseworker based in your area, who will be able to support you further.
