About us

The Children & Young People’s Victim and Witness Support Service provides one-to-one support from trained caseworkers in a confidential space that is suitable for children & young people. The Service supports children and young people aged 4-17 but will, on occasion, work with young people up to the age of 24 if a specialist young person’s worker is deemed the best way of providing the right support.

The Service offers information provision, emotional support, advice, advocacy, safety planning, help reporting incidents, support and assistance with dealing with the police, support through the court system. The service also supports young people aged between 10-24, who are victims of, or witnesses to youth violence or bereavement through serious youth violence and related homicides across London.
