London Holistic Wrap Around Advocacy Service

Southall Black Sisters support women facing gender based violence with immigration and no recourse to public funds issues. This service provides financial and living costs to women with no recourse to public funds who would otherwise be destitute. Alongside this life saving intervention, the service also provides a pan London helpline and a face-to-face advice and advocacy support (not time limited and tailored to suit individual needs and circumstances) that is aimed at long term recovery and re-settlement – primarily focusing on change of conditions/getting the NRPF condition lifted/securing financial assistance for the user. We also provide complementary support in the  form of support group, peer to peer mentoring, counselling, immigration advice to ensure that complex, inter-related needs of users are fully resolved.
