Tower Hamlets IDVA Service

Victims/Survivors of domestic abuse will receive a high-quality service from an allocated Domestic Abuse Assessment and Engagement Worker, addressing safety as a paramount. A risk assessment and individual safety plan is created at the beginning of support to address the client’s individual situation and needs. The Assessment and Engagement Worker will coordinate any other professionals involved in the client’s life to help navigate the criminal justice system and children’s services. The Assessment and Engagement is there to advocate for the client, as well as sign-posting the client to further support agencies such as legal advisors and counselling services.
